ABSTRACT: This study explored the Benefits of Early Childhood Yoga Programs on Emotional Regulation. The objectives of this study were to: (1) evaluate the impact of early childhood yoga programs on children's emotional regulation, (2) assess the effectiveness of yoga activities in reducing stress and anxiety, and (3) determine the long-term benefits of yoga education on emotional well-being. A survey design was chosen to collect detailed data from educators, parents, and children about their experiences with yoga activities in ECE. A sample size of 150 participants, including preschool teachers, parents, and children aged 4-6, was selected using purposive sampling. The case study was conducted in early childhood education centers in Ekiti State, Nigeria, known for its focus on holistic education. Findings indicated that early childhood yoga programs significantly improved children's emotional regulation, reducing stress and anxiety. It was recommended that early childhood education centers integrate yoga activities into their curricula and provide training for educators to effectively teach emotional regulation skills.
